The problem with copies

A new agent sends you a real company’s PAN and GST. The records exist, but they belong to someone else. A photocopy can’t tell you that.

With Satyap you see who the person is, which business records were verified, and whether that person is mapped to it as owner, partner, director or signatory, with dates.

What you see

  • The person: identity verified at the source, with the date.
  • The business: PAN, GST, company records and bank, each with its date and source.
  • The ownership map: who owns or runs the business, in which role, and how it was checked.
  • Only what the business chooses to share with you, for the time it chooses.

Ask for KYC through Satyap

Send a request, say why you need it, and the business approves what you may see. Every view is logged, so the business knows who looked and when.

  1. You ask

    Send a KYC request on Satyap and say why you need it, for example sub-agent onboarding.

  2. The business chooses

    It picks what you may see, such as business details, GST, the ownership map and bank status, and for how long.

  3. You see the record

    What was verified, who is mapped as owner, and when. Documents are view-only and watermarked with your name.

Every business on Satyap gets a QR code. Scanning it opens a live page with its dated results, so a copied picture of an old badge can’t fool you.

What a Satyap record does not tell you

  • Whether the business will deliver, pay on time or behave honestly.
  • Anything that was not verified, such as a travel licence, unless it is listed.
  • Anything after the dates shown. Old results are marked as out of date.
