The public record page

Every business on Satyap gets a QR code for its visiting card, website and WhatsApp profile. Scanning it opens a live page with dated results, never a rating.

What the page shows

The business name, city and Satyap ID.
Which of the three steps are done: the person, the business and the ownership mapping.
Who is on record as owner or running the business, and in which role.
Each result with its date and source, such as Income Tax, GST or MCA records.
When it was last checked. Old results are marked as out of date.

What it never shows

PAN, GST or bank account numbers.
Documents of any kind.
Aadhaar details, a home address or personal contact details.
Anything the business has not chosen to share. For more, a supplier sends a request.

Why it’s live

A picture of a badge can be copied. The record page can’t: it always shows the current status, so an old or copied badge doesn’t fool anyone.

The badge wording

On cards and websites the badge says “Checked by Satyap” with the date. It records what was checked; it is not an approval of the business.

Satyap records what was verified and who owns or runs a business, on the dates shown. It does not vouch for anyone’s honesty, work or payments. Do your own checks before doing business.
